Hallo,
wie einige wohl schon bemerkt haben, geht es seit etwa Oktober 2020 im EPG ziemlich kunterbunt durcheinander. DIe Hotline schiebt das auf den Wechsel des EPG - Dienstleisters. Ok, wenn es dann 2 oder 3 Wochen dauert, bis alles wieder funktioniert, so ist das kein Problem. Aber das geht jetzt schon 4 Monate so!!! Bei phoenix werden viele Sendungen einfach als "Dokumentation" bezeichnet. Dabei handelt es sich um Sendungen z.B. aus der Reihe "planet e" oder "Schätze der Welt - Erbe der Menschheit". Bei Serien, wie z.B. "Eisenbahn-Romantik fehlen oft die Untertitel. Sendungen, die zu der Serie "TerraX" gehören, werden nicht als solche gekennzeichnet, so dass der dafür angelegte Channel ad absurdum geführt wird. "Kunst und Krempel" wurde einfach in "Kunst + Krempel" umbenannt. Auch hier wird der angelegte Channel ad absurdum geführt.
Meiner Meinung nach wird hier mal wieder großzügig auf dem Rücken des Kunden experimentiert.

Beim Inhaberwechsel der Domain waren Probleme aufgetreten.

Ja, mir ist das auch aufgefallen, dass das EPG ziemlich chaotisch ist. Bei Columbo war wochenlang ein Episodentitel der Serientitel. Bei anderen Serien, wie 30 Rock gab es entweder keine Serientitel oder es war wochenlang derselbe.
Bei vielen Serien fehlen nach wie vor die Episodentitel, wodurch es ziemlich schwierig wird fehlende Episoden zu bestimmen.
Die Episodenbezeichnung ist nach wie vor ziemlich chaotisch. Oft wird der Jahrgang statt der Staffel eingetragen.
